Welcome to SimStream (“we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website simstream.co and the purchase of eSIM products provided through our platform as an authorised Airalo partner.

By accessing simstream.co or purchasing any eSIM, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

To use SimStream services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Use the website in compliance with applicable laws
• Provide accurate information when making purchases

We reserve the right to refuse service for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

3. Products and Services

SimStream sells digital eSIM products sourced from Airalo.
Product details—including validity period, data limits, and network coverage—are listed on each product page. Actual network performance may vary depending on location, device compatibility, and local operator conditions.

We may update, improve, or discontinue products without notice.

4. Purchasing and Payments

• All purchases on simstream.co are processed through secure third‑party payment providers.
• Prices displayed include applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
• Once an eSIM is delivered (typically via QR code or activation instructions), all sales are final, except where required by law.
• By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method.

5. Delivery of eSIMs

After your payment is confirmed:

• You will receive an eSIM QR code or activation details via email or through your customer dashboard.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device is eSIM‑compatible and unlocked.
• Once an eSIM profile is activated or downloaded, it cannot be transferred or reused on another device unless stated by the provider.

SimStream is not responsible for activation issues caused by incompatible devices or user error.

6. Refund Policy

Because eSIMs are digital goods that become non‑returnable once delivered:

• Refunds are not issued after an eSIM has been delivered, activated, or downloaded.
• Refunds may be considered only if:
  • The eSIM was never delivered
  • The QR code or activation method is technically defective
  • The user’s device is compatible and verified, and the eSIM still cannot be activated due to provider error

All refund decisions are at SimStream’s discretion.

7. User Responsibilities

By using SimStream, you agree to:

• Use the eSIM only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to copy, misuse, or resell eSIM profiles
• Ensure your device is compatible before purchase
• Not engage in fraudulent behaviour (e.g., unauthorised chargebacks)

You also agree not to use the website in a way that disrupts or harms other users or SimStream systems.

8. Airalo Partnership and Third‑Party Services

As an Airalo partner:

• SimStream facilitates the sale and activation of Airalo eSIM products
• Some data will be shared with Airalo for activation and support
• Airalo may apply additional terms that govern coverage, data usage, and network performance

SimStream is not responsible for outages, roaming restrictions, or network limitations outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on simstream.co, including text, graphics, logos, product listings, and site design, is the property of SimStream or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the website or its systems
• Use eSIMs for fraudulent activities
• Misrepresent your identity or device information

Violation may result in account termination or legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

SimStream is not liable for:

• Network performance issues caused by local carriers
• Losses resulting from misuse, device incompatibility, or user error
• Interruptions caused by third‑party networks or telecom operators
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues outside our reasonable control (e.g., force majeure events)

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase amount of the affected eSIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimStream, its partners, and its employees from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from:

• Misuse of the website or eSIMs
• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws

13. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
• Misuse our services or intellectual property

Termination does not entitle you to compensation or refund unless legally required.

14. Changes to Terms
